Moyes may be riding a three game time machine

Claret and Hugh’s David Pope and Hughie Southon look at Moyes immediate future

Claret and Hugh’s admin member David Pope has suggested  David Moyes may be riding a three game time machine should he still be in charge of the club come Sunday December 3.

We are currently running a poll on his future but as things stand he is in the job and facing three League matches which are surely MUST WIN affairs if he is not to be on his way.

The first is against Forest at the London Stadium. The east midlanders sat in 16th place before today’s game against Villa which they won2-0 and now and sit one place behind us in 12th place! We have to beat them before travelling to current second off bottom Burnley, beaten 2-0 by Palace at Turf Moor yesterday (Sat).

After that Roy Hodgson’s men arrive at the London Stadium. The victory at Turf Moor took the south Londoners into 10th place, one point above the Irons and that too is another huge match for our boys.

There is also a Europa League game which needs winning against Olympiakos sandwiched in there which again must see the squad perform.

Moyes may or may not be on the thinnest of ice at this stage but from where most are sitting he is certainly in real bother!
