Ogbonna can’t wait to taste the atmosphere

|

Ogbonna1Angelo Ogbonna can’t wait for the next big test – against Spurs at White Hart Lane next weekend.

The Italian reckons the vibe over last season’s clash against them at the Boleyn was one of the best he’s felt in the English game.

The central defender said: “We all know the next game is a big one for everyone at West Ham. We know it is going to be a tough game like every derby we have faced against Arsenal and Chelsea.

But I am looking forward to the atmosphere because our home game against Spurs last season was one of the best atmospheres I have ever seen in England and it was a memorable victory.

I have played in big derbies for Juventus but you cannot compare those derbies.

The Premier League is different and we face a lot of big derbies. There is a lot of competition.

We had a number of big away wins last season and hopefully this will be the time where we can go and get an away win over Tottenham.”
