Oh dear, oh dear, here comes Yarmo

|

I’m not a big reader of other Hammers websites simply because I really don’t have the time but a piece this morning really caught my eye.

It discusses a certain Andriy Yarmolemnko who made a 65th minute sub appearance for the team as a replacement for Nikola Vlasic against United.

And like those over at https://westhamfans.org/content/yarmo-too-slow-too-lazy-moyes-thinks-so my heart sunk as he lumbered his way onto the pitch.

There’s not much more to add to what they have to say other than to agree it’s a huge relief to know this guy’s ludicrous contract will come to an end  next season.

Lazy doesn’t begin to describe the bloke’s attitude and of course his injury record is pretty appalling.

Whrn called into the action – as was unfortunately the case yesterday – it really does feel as though the game has all but been given up.

We recommend that you read the piece and give your own views on the forum.

  • West Ham Fan No 32 says:

He earned us a penalty, he isn’t an out and out striker and the way he plays probably not perfect for Moyes style but he is very skilful and as his performances for Ukraine 🇺🇦 show if he is playing in a system that suits his style very effective.

  • Pessimist says:

Even if he is lazy, slow and pretty useless, why don’t they use him as a Target man ? He is 6ft 5inches tall, why not use that ? West ham seemed to give in the moment he walked on to the pitch. Surely China or the Arab countries will take him.
