Poll: Who should manage West Ham?

Much has been said on Manuel Pellegrini but this Claret and Hugh poll asks who you want to manage West Ham inclduing a choice to support the current manager

    If we lose against spurs on Saturday,Pelle needs to go and we have to get Poch now before He is approached by another team.

    I think a conversation would have to be had with poch before we sacked pelli whats the point in sacking for poch or another decent manager for it to drag on weeks and then they turn us down and then were left with a pulis type manager if there was any sort of doubt in the owners minds now is the time to tread the water and have a conversation with said managers to find out if there intrested and what they want if they dont want to come at least we still have pelli who may turn it around.
