Ranieri plans wholesale changes

|

Claudio-RanieriClaudio Ranieri has pledged to make wholesale changes for the visit of West Ham in the Capital One Cup.

He says he will draft in 20-year-old forward Joe Dodoo who scored a hat-trick on his debut at Bury in the last round believing he deserves another chance to impress.

Yohan Benalouane, Christian Fuchs, Marcin Wasilewski, Andy King, Andrej Kramaric and Leonardo Ulloa are all expected to make appearances.

Ranieri told the Leicester Meruy: “I will change a lot of players. More or less the same team that played at Bury will play.

“More or less all 11 I will change, because before the matches I look and everyone works hard and is very well, and then I pick just 11. But the others deserve to play.

“It is important to win against a very good team. They have won three times away at fantastic teams like Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool. You can’t ask for any more. But we are ready.”
