Reid’s Chelsea hopes

|

ReidWinston Reid is sounding confident he’ll be fit for the Chelsea match.

The central defender was taken off during the course of the match against Manchester United after he had felt some discomfort to his hamstrings.

But the player gave a relatively upbeat report on his condition today declaring that hopefully he would be better for the match against Chelsea.

He explained: “I felt a cramp in the area (hamstrings), but I didn’t pull the hamstring or anything like that. I just got the most out of the game that I could.

“It was great to be back out there and now with a good week’s training, hopefully I will be better for the match at Chelsea.”
