According to a report by Calciomercato.com West Ham are said to be big admirers of AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie who is wanted by Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs this summer.
The Ivorian moved to the San Siro from Atalanta in summer 2017 in a two-year loan deal, with Milan expected to pay €20m this summer to make it a permanent move.
The Italian has have implied that recent events have left Kessie’s future at the club in doubt. They have hinted that the midfielder’s recent struggles for form, as well as a spat with team-mate Lucas Biglia on the bench during Sunday’s defeat to Inter, could have changed Milan’s mindset. It has been reported that an offer of €40m would tempt the Rossoneri to sell.
Claret and Hugh say:
There is no doubt that this guy has talent but to spend over £34m on a midfielder and therefore seems unlikely and we would also need to sell to buy. With the loss of Andy Carroll and Andy Carroll and the possible loss of Marko Arnautovic and Javier Hernandez as well one would think that strikers will be the main priority this summer and where the majority of the transfer budget will go.

Price is too high even in todays market, drop it by £14m and a definite yes, or if we sell Declan buy him as a replacement.
An Andy Carroll stunt double! that’s an excellent idea.
Did you mention Andy Caroll? Or Andy Carroll?
Yes we need good strikers agreed ! However looking at the goals we’ve let in I would say the defence needs strengthening as well . COYI ⚒
