South Amerucan newspaper La Cuarta, have reported that West Ham are still very interested in Chilean defender Guillermo Maripan.
Manuel Pellegrini is a “Massive Fan” of the 25 year old and the Hammers are thought to be readying what they call a ‘mega bid’ for the central defender.
Maripan has been regularly linked with the Irons but much will depend on how far Pellegrini can stretch the financial resources given Winston Reid and Angelo Ogbonna will be in the frame.
