The Armando Broja saga is continuing with a new report that the Hammers are close to agreeing personal terms with the Chelsea striker.
This time the claim comes from Fabrizio Romano who declares that he is now on his way back from the United States where the Blues have been on tour and that his future will be confirmed soon.
Should this be true it suggests that the Twitter based Romano has learned that manager Thomas Tuchel has decided to let him go after claiming a few days ago that he was not for sale.
That could be part of the game of course with all managers usually adopting positions to avoid too many conclusions being drawn too early as was the case with Kurt Zouma before his Stamford Bridge departure

Broja eventually joined the Chelsea tour after reports that he would not be doing so although that was actually down to a passport issue rather than anything else concerning his future.

Romano has since written however: “West Ham are really close to reaching an agreement with Broja on personal terms, talks ongoing with Chelsea.

“There are many clubs interested – Chelsea, on it. Broja’s on his way back to England.”

As always we will attempt to get this one checked out.
