Report: Sullivan moved for Saints game

|

David Sullivan is being reported this morning as being set to abandon his seat in the West Ham directors’ box this afternoon.

The Sun claims he is being moved from the front row to a ‘safe zone’ for today’s match against Southampton.

Hammers insider is claimed to have told the ‘paper that “Mr Sullivan is upset about this.”

And he allegedly added: “He is being moved to the back row from the front to avoid antagonising the supporters.

“It is a sad situation but he just wants the game to pass off peacefully so the team can do its best.”

Security has been beefed up to the ultimate degree as the Irons set about taking a major step towards securing their Premier League safety.

Safety barriers have now been erected to provide  an ‘exclusion zone’ below where Sullivan and his fellow chairman David Gold normally sit as the club look to avoid any form of trouble.
