Report: Zouma availability

|

Kurt Zouma is set to be available for this weekend’s clash with Newcastle, per a new report from The Daily Mail.

The defender pulled out of the weekend clash with Leicester before kick-off as a result of a stomach bug.

He was replaced by Issa Diop, who actually laid on an assist in the 2-2 draw with the Foxes.

However, a new report claims that the ex-Chelsea star, who was at the centre of a firestorm of controversy after a video emerged of him kicking his cat, is actually fit to play against the Magpies this weekend.

It remains to be seen if Zouma is picked in the team to play Newcastle, who have been struggling immensely this season but who have found some degree of form in recent weeks.

Eddie Howe’s side have won all of their last three games and are currently 17th in the Premier League table, four points clear of 18th-placed Norwich, and with a game in hand.
