Sakho voices his frustration at lack of playing time

|
Diafra-SAkho-861004Hammer Diafra Sakho voices his frustration about being on the bench says he is enjoying the little time he has been on the pitch. He admits he was close to leaving in the Summer but says he will now wait and see what happens in the January transfer window.

Sakho was quoted in the Daily Express by Paul Brown as saying: “It’s not easy to show what I can do, or prove to the people what I can do on the pitch, when I only play for 10 minutes. But I don’t need to knock on the manager’s door – I showed what I can do, I have to force my way into the team. I was very close to leaving, but now I am here and I am enjoying the little time I’ve had on the pitch to prove myself, and after the international break we will see if I can get more. In my head I just want to enjoy being part of this team and we will see what happens in January.”

Would love to see him given a chance as a strike partner with HenandezI .Like Carroll but its all so predictable as everybody knows what to expect.Nice to see some pace and movement up front for a change.

It is great to see him scoring again and I sincerely hope that he will be given the opportunity to start at Brighton. BUT, as a few others have mentioned, he really needs to start celebrating his goals. Fair enough if he doesn’t like Bilic or Sullivan and doesn’t want to celebrate with them, but the fans didn’t do anything to him and they sing his name when he plays, so he he really should be celebrating with us!

Just to make an observation in general . ; we are all worried about our club and rightly so .
But let’s take a minute out to consider the Worlds Problems .
The USA AND NORTH KOREA are threatening world peace .
There has just been ANOTHER MAS SHOOTING in America , land of the Free .
In Spain Catalonia want Independence . Britain want independence from European rule .
FFS what the hell is going on ?? . Football for me at the moment is taking a huge back stage . I am more worried about the World we live in than where we finish in the League .

There is a mass shooting in the states every day of the year as Barrack Obama pointed out to the NRL who once again defended their constitutional right, even when 2 year old kids shoot their parents these fools don’t get that it would be a safer place for everyone if no one had guns, most people carry them for self defence, they wouldn’t need to if there weren’t any or at least a lot less. As for NK vs USA Trump will have to make a move he won’t be allowed too for that to happen, I think if the decision was upto him he would probably have bombed NK already irrespective of the casualties but as it is, it looks like his hands are being tied, just wish they could do the same to his tongue.

I agree with Hammers that we need pace up front and currently that’s Chic and Sakho, even if Saks is an a*se and brought much of this on himself. Time to bench Carroll.

Kevin – Chill out, you can’t fix everything fella! One small step at a time.

Whilst we are talking all things American, did you know some “football” team called the Dallas Cowboys has a player called Nolan Carroll? Must be one of those fat guys who just stands around doing **** all I guess!
