Six Hammers face exits this summer with Manuel Lanzini the biggest name not to have his contract renewed. He is currently being linked to a move to Besiktas.

Six Hammers face exits including Manuel Lanzini

He looks certain to be missing from West Ham retained list when published. There is also news that neither Mipo Odubeko or Jamal Baptiste will be retained

Lukasz Fabianksi, Aaron Cresswell and Angelo Obonna are all expected to be retained and should appear once they have been offered 12-month extensions.

Declan Rice, Gianluca Scamacca and Ben Johnson are the three others who could raise as much as £150m of transfer funds should their highest valuations be met.

West Ham have already been linked with James Maddison, James Ward Prowse and Harvey Barnes as potential incoming players.

Leicester City wants up to  £60m for Maddison and £40m for Barnes. Meanwhile Southampton want up to £50m for James Ward Prowse which seems excessive given their relegation.

Really sad to see Lanzini leave but he had no choice the way he was treated by Moyes. Hugely respected by players and fans a huge loss imo. There are also other rumours going around that other players want out and again as a result if Moyes being retained himself. For me I think Johnson should leave for his own career development too. I also think Vlasic will leave. I really hope Scamacca stays despite Moyes. I have a feeling that Antonio, Ings and Benrahma two from these 3 could also leave.

It’s looking a real mess all over imo… dreading the next couple of months and the next season tbh. hope I’m wrong and it all comes together..

So it’s beginning to look like Christmas for other teams in the Premier League playing against West Ham. It seems like deja vu insofar that Moyes will apparently be going on a shopping spree for new players. Then he will take his time to bed them in, probably in the wrong position, maybe without any striker in the team at all by the time the new season starts. We will again struggle for points but hopefully end up winning the Europa League Final! God knows who would be lifting the trophy as captain. I might be a little pessimistic but keeping Moyes could end up being our worst nightmare!

Couldn’t agree more, loads of speculation about players coming in and then we get no one worth the money we spend. Last minute gambles etc etc.. I want a new manager, we need a manager with some guts and spark about him.

Quite a bit of negativity on here, for a club that just won it’s first silverware in 40+ years etc.

It does seem strange that West ham can bring in so many players that don’t seem to fit the Moyes style of play. Scamacca, Haller, Ings, etc. Who does the homework on these players?
