Slav welcomes big two back

|
BilicSlaven Bilic has confirmed that Manu Lanzini is back n the Hammers squad for the weekend match against Swansea City.
And despite early predictions that Michail Antonio would be missing the manager confirmed that he also looked okay for the match at the London Stadium.
However, Pedro Obiang – despite reports that had recovered from his muscle injury – remains unavailable for the match.
Bilic explained that despite conceding three goals last weekend, West Ham have mainly fixed the defensive problems that hindered the side earlier in the season.
And he claimed the errors have been worked on in training and that he and the squad are taking heart from three clean sheets prior to the match.
And he added he sees “much potential” in an Andy Carroll/Chicharito partnership but added that getting both in the starting X1 doesn’t completely lend itself to a defensively stable formation but the quality the two offer is needed to score goals and win matches

    Don’t risk Antonio and Lanzini

Agreed. Would like to see them for 20mins in the second half, but we should be able to put out a fully fit team to start.

What was that again ?? . Sounds like double Dutch to me .
Against Spurs one quality striker was enough to do us in . They are not defensive errors , they are tactical errors . Our formation let them score three Goals . If we beat Swansea everything will be rosy again . Unbelievable .

If our best players are fit shouldn’t we be playing them? After Antonio went off we went to s**t against spuds.

Well, that’s a weight off my mind – the defensive errors have been sorted out. If you believe that you’ll believe anything !

Please don’t start with Carroll. He was at fault for the first two goals against Spurs. He still looks unfit and we change the way we play when he’s in the team – one trick pony.
    Need three points on Saturday.
