Soucek makes mind up on his Anfield fitness

|

Soucek likely to be fit

Tomas Soucek is ready to take his place in the starting line-up at Liverpool tomorrow (Sat).

He tweeted his feelings  and may have upset the ultra secretive Moysie who likes to keep selection issues very much to himself and out of the media.

But the Czech defensive midfielder – having heard the manager say he would make a decision ahead of the match because the gash on then player’s face could be reopened – was having none of it.

Instead he went public with his availability making it clear that he had no fears ahead of the game at Anfield.

He received a boot in the face and was subbed although his performance was much the same as we have become used to this season.

Moyes claimed  he was hoping Mark Noble may be available as an option but that he would make a decision closer to the game.

However big Tomas said in his tweet per Hammers News: “More scars in my selection (collection),”  alongside a picture of his heavily stitched forehead and eye area.

“I feel ready to fight again, that’s no fear for me!”

The lad needs a rest, his play is one of the reasons we are not going well. It is time to play Lanzini in a deep role.
