Supporters asked to fork out £120 for tickets

Football supporters will be asked to fork out up to £120 for a ticket in the 1966 West Stand for the up coming West Ham United v Liverpool game at the London Stadium on 27 April

The game has been designated AAA game with premium prices meaning a family of four would have to pay £488 for the 1966 West seats which includes a £8 booking fee.

The Hammers introduced a AA category after moving to the London Stadium but th8is season there is an additional AAA category.

The cheapest seat for adult on general sale is £55 for a band 5 while an U18 will charged £35 plus a £2 booking fee.

It possible London based Liverpool supporters will be looking to snap up these tickets in home sections based on previous experience.

Chelsea charges up to £240 for a ticket in West View in their highest category AA while Arsenal charges £136 for a ticket in Centre Upper in their highest category A

Surprisingly Spurs only charge £103 for highest category  A although some more expensive areas are not available for general sale so not a direct comparison.
