Thrilled Declan sends a “let’s go” message

|

Declan Rice doesn’t tweet too regularly so when he does it becomes something of an event.

And after the victory over Cardiff City he was among the first to let his feelings known after another fine performance personally and collectively.

The teenager was obviously thrilled that the long awaited back to back victories after nearly two years had arrived in emphatic if not unlikely style.

The Hammers – having seen Arnautovic limp off holding his hamstring -turned the  game around through two .performers against who you could have got very long odds before the game – Lucas Perez and Michail Antonio.

Rice once again produced a fine performance to go alongside many this season and made it clear he could hardly be happier with things.

He tweeted: “Massive win again tonight! 2 wins on the bounce finally. Another massive game Saturday .. let’s go.

It’s great to see that level of enthusiasm from him as we wait patiently for him to put pen to paper on a new deal.

We are all waiting for the Talk to become reality . Two wins on the bounce will not be enough unfortunately . The team needs , the Fans need , we all need words to be translated onto the pitch during 90 mins . If we are to improve our standing and demand more respect
From our opponents , then Saturday’s game against Palace is paramount . Respect has to be earned and it is a flimsy item to be sure .. You are proving to be a great prospect for our
Club and a great future awaits you if you keep your head . Stay at the LS and you will be ready to hold that mantle as one of the Greats at West Ham .
Please choose England ,,, you can be one of the greats .
