Time to sack Mike Dean

tonyTony Cascarinio’s verdict in the Times newspaper  today featured a headline of ‘It’s time for Dean to go’  He says enough is enough and the 48 year old is past it.

ClaretandHugh have started an online petition to sack Mike Dean to stop him inflicting his decision on other football teams.

The petition says: “Premier League referee Mike Dean proved himself to be entirely incompetent. whilst officiating at the game between West Ham United v Manchester United on January 2nd 2017. His actions in sending off a West Ham United player and allowing a goal to stand when three players were standing in offside positions, demonstrates that he is not a fit and proper person to officiate at Premier League matches and we the undersigned call for his immediate removal from the list of referees in the UK and that he receives a life ban from all responsible bodies.”
