Tough for Irons rivals as waiting game begins

|

Could he be a better option than Anderson when fit?

And so we move on and tonight is another when fingernails will be bitten down to the quick…how the hell did it come to this!

On the face of it -how many times have we said that – it looks straightforward:

Newcastle v Villa – HOME WIN

Norwich v Everton AWAY WIN

Wolves v Bournemouth HOME WIN

Ok it’s gonna be very short priced but it looks a decent treble to me butΒ  what concerns me more is how many – hopefully -the three teams hopefully get beaten.

I’m going 2-0, 0-2 and anything up to 6-0 on the last of the three and given the Cherries are just one goal inferior to us on goal difference, come on you Wolves.

We have over a week to wait before our next game against Chelsea which surely means Haller and Oggy will be back with God help me, thoughts starting to emerge that Masuaka may be an offensive option down the left rather than the utterly hopeless Anderson.

Saturday sees Villa at home to Wolves, Sunday sees Watford at home to Southampton and Wednesday sees Norwich travel to Arsenal and Bournemouth at home to Newcastle.

I see one point for the Hornets and none for anyone else. I don’t believe Chelsea will beat us and predict a point before we move into those games which hopefully will suit us a lot better.

Why think Masuaku will replace the useless Anderson, surely you are forgetting Silva who deserves a run out, my team would be : FABIANSKI / JOHNSON / DIOP / OGBONNA / CRESSWELL /SOUCHEK / RICE / FORNALS / HALLER / SILVA / ANTONIO

We have been fighting relegation for the last three seasons and i am getting worn down with it now.
We deserve to be where we are at the moment because simply we are not very good.
We have declan rice who is the best prospect we have had in years and if we go down i’m afraid he will be off.

Some of us have been down this route for DECADES! It’s what being a WH fan is!!

Doesn’t mean you have to expect it year after year! Why cant we have a well run football club which can challenge for honours? Even if its only a cup run! Why should we have to put up with relegation year after year? We are a massive club fan wise with great fans who turn out to watch us under achieve imagination what it could be with just a little success!?? Man utd of the south! I know so many people who follow West Ham but don’t go- success brings more money better players and more fans the owners just need to be brave and invest or sell up.COYI

Bowen needs to start in a more attacking position, he is one of 3 players who are actually pulling their weight. Though it loathes me to agree with Jason Cundy, our predicament is the fault of 3 people and 3 people only who have promised much a delivered very little. We are further away from European football than we have ever been and as a club we are looked on as something dirty. I fear our fortunes will not begin to look any brighter until they are gone. If we do stay up that means they will stick with Moyes who is yesterdays man and again take the same awful approach to player acquisition and there is only so many times you can sell a vision that hasn’t taken one foot forwards before you are no longer believed and bringing in good players becomes a big challenge. We can get ourselves out of the current mire, but it will be very very tight.

How pathetic we are ..hoping other teams lose to keep us in the prem ….I think last year or the season before was the time Sullivan was hoping we would be challenging for champions league ..🀣🀣🀣 sorry but it’s just so bad its nearly unbelievable….nothing against them but I wish one of these takeover bids were true ..I think everyone is just tired of them …thanka for everything but let’s try something else for the love of god

All too familiar for most of us and has been for as long as i can remember. The biggest difference over years gone by is the amount of vitriol being spat at us from opposing supporters. In my youth West Ham were so many peoples 2nd team such was our popularity.Under these owners and the sale of our stadium we are no despised by so many.Just read the comments on the BBC website and most cannot wait to see the back of us.The club is in a very low and lonely place as things stand and S.G.B are without doubt to blame.
