Unconfirmed reports are circulating tonight that Lacina Traore has snubbed West Ham and is heading for Everton.
Twitter is ablaze with the story which if true would fly totally in the face of work permit regulations covering the player’s move to the UK.
It took two days for the permit to be granted and under its terms West Ham United became the sponsor of the player named on the work permit – Lacina Traore.
We were told by a spokesman: “This is not transferable without the permission of the club and the Home Office. The club would need to submit a change of employment application to Home Office to change details on the work permit.
Just seems strange to me, that Westham always drag things out. And then the excuses from the two Davids begin. I think we have signed Cole and that’s yer lot mate. Lets hope I’m wrong, but I have been following the Hammers for long time
.
Me too – bin following 50 years – nothing surprises
