Alan Irvine gave the West Ham v Wolves post-match press conference in the absence of David Moyes
Moysie’s number two explained the game was tense for a lot of the timeand it wasn’t until we had scored theĀ fourth goal before he could relax.
He described the game as a fantastic performance from start to finish and said the players were absolutely outstanding.
Irvine said he spoke to David Moyes om before the game, briefly at half time and then after the game but confirmed he was in constant communication with Stuart Pearce all the way throughout the game and that information got passed down to him.
The substitutions made at the end of the game were David Moyes although he admitted he made the Ryan Fredericks one as it was a straight swap.
Irvine said the manager was feeling absolutely fine, the worst he had was a headache one morning but other than that he was feeling good.
