West Ham took the BT Sport #BeatTheBin challenge this week.
A number of the Premier League’s London clubs have already attempted the task, including Arsenal and Spurs. They took time out of their preparations at Rush Green to attempt the challenge ahead of the match against Liverpool this Saturday.
Diafra Sakho, Aaron Cresswell, James Tomkins and Elliot Lee all take part in the mini skills challenge, which tests the player’s accuracy as they attempt to lob the ball into the rubbish can.
