home shirt obviously needed more blue,no imagination at all, away for me WORST EVER,no connection with our colours just for selling reasons only…shame…

I wouldn’t say worst ever but football shirts in general are designed by people with no imagination or the brief for them comes from people with no imagination.

I like the colour of the away kit, definitely a new look and the home kit does have a bit of the old AVCO shirt about it as Aol says, hopefully the team will be reminiscent of that one also, we could do with challenging for the top places 🙂

Best shirts for years in my opinion. Home shirt is reminiscent of the classic AVCO shirt. Away shirt main colour is a bit left-field but I actually love it. Still wish we’d drop “London” from the crest. Great to see Bonzo and Sir Trevor in the release video too.

Really like the home, but then I don’t have the big ‘sleeves must be blue’ issue that so many other fans have.

  • Trevor From England says:

West Ham used to play in Claret and BLUE. With the boring white shorts and socks we’ll look like Hearts or Northampton Town. The away kit pf blue and yellow is disgusting. For me they’re the WORST pair of home and away kits ever. Bloody awful. After a good start to the week……something had to go pear shaped. Completely ruined my morning

Home kit is so so. There should be blue sleeves.

The away kit is complete pony. Yellow socks? Wtf?

  • Hammer64 says:

No problem with the home kit. Why are white shorts & socks boring. Fine with claret shirt. No taste some people! There should really be a bit more blue but claret is such a cool colour. That year Arsenal had claret for some centenary I nearly found myself cheering for them🤔🤔🤔

Not so sure about the away kit. I suppose there is some reason you can’t have white shorts but that would improve it. I have to admit the yellow socks are a step too far. Oh well, just a matter of preferences I guess. If they do anything next season we will want that kit forever more!

More tradition down the pan; gradually being sanitised.

  • brixhammer says:

Home: Too much claret & not enough blue, but ok I suppose.
    Away: Not good.
The main thing is as long as those who have the honour to play in our colours give 100% commitment I can live with it. Let’s hope we can look back in years to come as the strip that was the beginning of better times.
