Lanzini stars as Hammers look for big win

|

Team lineup graphic v Leicester City

Manu Lanzini – as most hoped – starts at Leicester City’s Power King stadium today with Said Benrahma being cropped to the bench.

It’s the right decision from manager David Moyes after some recent sparkling displays  from the Argentinian playmaker.

Declan Rice leads a team which as expected includes Kurt Zouma at central defence alongside Craig Dawson who, as in previous weeks, will play through the pain barrier. after carrying an injury into several recent games

Beyond that the team is expected with in form Jarrod Bowen and Mike Antonio involved along with Pablo Fornals who  the manager claimed he wants a bit more from when addressing his presser on Friday.

Ben Johnson has had to settle for a place on the bench along with Nikola Vlasic, Issa Diop, Ryan Fredericks, and Yarmolenko so once again there is no sign of any promising under 23 players who are looking to make names for thmeselves.
