Hammers confirm admiration for boss candidate

West Ham have confirmed they have an admiration for West Bromwich Albion boss Carlos Corberan.

The Hammers were linked with the Hawthorns manager last week following his recent achievements at the club.

Having taken over with the Baggies close to the bottom of the Championship he has now lifted them into the play off places following a 2-3 win at Luton Town yesterday (Sat}.

The victory means he has now led the team to nine wins with just one defeat and one draw from the last eleven games.

Prior to his arrival on October 26 the Baggies had managed just three wins from 19 games whilst losing right and drawing eight,

Having been linked with the Hammers in recent reports we asked our key London Stadium source for the truth on any interest.

He responded by saying: “You have to be impressed with what he has done but it’s a huge jump from the Championship top the Premier League.”

    The players army playing for him , he plays them out of position and sets up negative all the time . Moyes out , he has to go !

    Southampton took a risk taking Potch. every manager(except Pep)will have come from a lower league club at some point.But a lot of thought needs to go into whose going to be the next manager/coach…..i doubt we could afford to match Chelseas hire n fire system & i hope we dont get another Pellagrini i e Raffa ect.Apart from TT & MP,any other manager is gonna be a bit of a punt so a short term job as we did when Moysie first came in.To be honest,after watching our last 8 premier games,i would take a risk with WBA manager,as our current gaffer is taking us down.

    Appoint a premier league manager based on what they’ve done in a two month period in the championship?

    Let Paul Nevin and Nolan take charge to end of season. Can’t be any worse surely.
