It’s time for Harry to come back until the end of the season joined by his long time No 2 Kevin Bond with Mark Noble learning loads from the pair of them.
With the Hammers unable to find any sort of option in the manager market, CandH has even gone as far as tipping off the board that Harry is available and is our choice in the current circumstances.
He may be 75 but the cheeky chappy’s football brain remains better than most and his love for the club he grew up with as great as ever as he told me a couple of weeks back when saying he would go to any club who thought he could help.
I don’t think for a minute it will happen but this game is all about dreams and a return to the east end for Harry would be mine.
And let’s be honest about this. If we are to go down – which I hope and pray won’t happen – many would sooner be taken there by one of our own and as Mooro’s best mate from years gone by there’s no one better in the frame for me right now than H!

West ham, make it happen, Harry back to west ham, what a lift that would give the crowd and the players.
Frankly any manager at this point would have more idea than Moyes.
Why move for Harry if there are other Managers out there ? I don’t for a minute believe all the so called problems of Managers asking for three and a half year contracts. When there have been older Managers of quality. If they won’t come, that is different. Harry would steady the ship and help us hang on to our Premiership position.

Don’t buy into your argument to reappoint H Hugh.
Being relegated ‘with one of our own’ would make zero difference to me. Relegation is relegation. And as H has been relegated 3x in his managerial career and was sacked from his last role bottom but one I remain to be convinced that he retains the ability to keep us up.
Moyse May or may not have lost the dressing room. Until Brighton I would say there was evidence that he definitely hasn’t and one bad performance doesn’t evidence a lost dressing room on its own. I can’t see how Moysie will remain until the end of the season but I have yet to hear a name to replace that stirs me enough to say he should go now……..well, unless the talk of Poch is true…..I wanted him when he was at Southampton and think he would be a brilliant appointment despite his Spurs connection.
I think we’d be better off with Stuart Pearce and Kevin Nolan, assisted by Mark Noble. Pearce and Nolan know the players and should have an idea of how to get them firing on all cylinders. They’ve also worked with other members of the backroom staff and could hit the ground running. Just a thought.
Why not go for Allardyce, surely he is better than Moyes
Certainly exciting under Harry but got us nowhere except verge of bankruptcy!
