|

squareLiverpool FC has submitted a planning application for a champions place style walkway almost identical to the one designed by West Ham for the Stadium in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park this coming season.

On their official website Liverpool announced earlier this week

“Liverpool FC has today confirmed it is exploring the feasibility of creating a specially designed walkway featuring fan tributes at Anfield. The club has submitted a planning application providing further details on the proposed scheme, which would enable supporters to purchase a personalised granite stone in the Main Stand’s new public realm.”

Granite stones for West Ham’s champions place start from £60 and rise to £499 which can be purchased from https://www.championsplace.whufc.com/book.htm
