But he has been told that one or the other – probably Snodgrass – will have to be sold as the Irons continue look to plough further funds into the squad building programme.

Amid strong speculation that Arnautovic could be on his way to us within the next 48 hours, a decision will have to made on the two current wingers.

sofiane-feghouli-774898Both the Algerian and Scot have attracted interest – Feghouli from Galatasaray and Snodgrass from newly promoted Brighton and Hove Albion.

Arnautovic is a big priority for Bilic but to bring him in one of the other two will need to be sacrificed despite manager liking them both and even holding private talks with them explaining they are very much part of his thinking this season.

However, it would be a big shock if both were to remain with the Hammers Β considering a second striker – to Β hopefully join Javier Hernandez – remaining on the cards.

    Hasta la vista snodders.πŸ‘‹

Yes , he can see that they re both future right and left backs πŸ™‚ I mean let’s face it , the defensive qualities of both are mind blowing , giveem a pay rise as well πŸ™‚

Bilic must have different glasses to me. I can’t recall a decent performance from Snodgrass.
Feghouli looked out of his depth early season, but started to look much better at the end. If we are to keep one it should be him.
On a linked, winger topic: if the buzz about Balde has any substance at all, I would much, much, much prefer him to Arnautovic.

Would seem an odd move if we are close as reported to Arnie but we do seem to stockpile wingers unlike other clubs we appear to sell them at a loss… I think Brighton would give us our money back on Snodders which would definitely be the way forward if we were to get yet another winger…

Balde is a problem child. He has been in so many rows and disputes at Lazio.Personally i think he is one too steer clear of.

        • West Ham Fan No 32 says:

I don’t know much about him as rarely watch Italian football these days but if he is an ******** then defo we should steer clear of him.

Yeah have been reading the reports about him, seems like a petulant kid that demands respect and shows very little, has fights with team mates, washes all his dirty linen in public and has numerous fallouts with his managers… The way Bilic is you can see him being parked on the bench or worse out of the first team completely, despite his talent if the rumours are true we would probably best staying well clear of him.

        • Radai Lama says:

Yeah i only really watch La liga religiously 32 but keep up to date with Serie A reading about it quite often. He seems to get himself in to a lot of conflicts and disputes with people at Lazio.Aint worth the hassle by the sounds of him.

Feghouli off the bench can make real impact if necessary. Snodgrass to go. Have to say hart, pablo, armie and Chico would make a right good window-oh and Wiltshire on loan too.

  • GW says:

Slav ain’t exactly going to come out and say both are a bag of ****e and there up for sale πŸ˜†πŸ˜†He ain’t done it for the Poppodom or brittle back πŸ˜ƒ

  • Radai Lama says:

Made me laugh when he said the forwards aint been scoring in training.Well the less than subtle poke in the ribs to Goldfinger & Nick Nack to sort some forwards out πŸ˜€

  • markro says:

To reduce our collective blood pressure – no beating Hart this season please.

    • Radai Lama says:

Thats worse than the taking the pea one yesterday.Grab your coat & please leave the building πŸ˜‚

    • Lazurus. rises like a salmon says:

I’m stacking the rocks as we speak Marko πŸ™‚ the first mention of jehova he’s gonna get the lot πŸ™‚

  • Lazurus. rises like a salmon says:

Bench or play in turkey ? I thought he had already agreed terms ? IMO they are both gonners , fingers crossed then πŸ™‚ ayew comes before feghuli , the 20 million pound man πŸ™‚ work it out , he won’t even make the bench when everyone’s fit ( he says tongue in cheek ) πŸ™‚ 3_4 players in on top of that = bye bye πŸ™‚ the lad Holland looked a much better option on Monday compared to feghouli , he’s not a team player from what I’ve seen and that’s every game ! Couple of descent games , that’s it . Bilic wants to play 353 so I’ve heard,

  • kevin says:

So we finally signed Joe Hart . But , is there any exciting News ?? .

    • Lazurus. rises like a salmon says:

Maybe Kevin , Arnie is on his way for 24 mill, according to the fake news BBC πŸ™‚

  • John says:

Who the hell is Balde I’ve never heard of him lmao. I’m loosing touch, is it too late to take up FIFA17?

Snods or Feg will be a late departure days before the end of the window. No point rushing them out, see how the first few matches go. And injuries!

I think Snods is becoming our new whipping boy, after 45 mins in a friendly, shame really but that’s the way we roll I guess!

  • Radai Lama says:

Getting Hart is exciting news.Just because you dont want him because you think we already have 2 excellant keepers dont mean they are Kevin or that it aint a good signing πŸ˜€
Come on Slav you know you should only sign who Kevin wants πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  • Travis says:

I dont think ive ever read anything Kevin has written which is much more than pessimistic. He makes you want a razor blade close at hand Rad.

  • JRS says:

I am just suprised we bid for Keita Balse I like him he is talented no more wild then Arnie was not even close. But if Marko can’t pass medical than shows good for sight and he sis score 16 goals and also surprises me bc only 22.
As for Snodgrass they will have to sell him or Feghouli. I think one might be needed for Squad to back up for Antonio and Feg has been more promising and can get Β£8m for Snod.
But then it has said forever a deal with Feghouli to Galasatsaray is close seen it both ways who knows the hold up.
But if we can now afford this wages I’m fine with it just don’t want to think Marko or Keita is out and Out CF and forget Chicharito

  • Neil Down Under says:

Been trying to find out how the Stoke fans are feeling about this, however trying to find a Stoke blog that’s been updated since the end of last season is quite hard. Though reaction on the BBC website is mixed.
Still as long as we’re banging them in for fun by the start of the season.

    • JRS says:

Some are upset some say I’d he wants to go let him he is a Prix anyway.
Similar to when we lost Payet..
He is a hood player for them but they thought he was going last summer to Everton and if he doesn’t want to stay no point paid Β£2m for him so if deal goes thru made a nice profit.
But he could so the same to us in a year if has a good season. The fickle football antics.
      That’s why I love Antonio!
And we will be hoping he fakes that Knee injury otherwise of ACL issue and serious shouldn’t buy but got a feelimgnwas a knock and made the most out of it wanting transfer
