Carroll shows way to Payet and Bacca

|

andy-carroll-west-ham-arsenal_3445626Andy Carroll continues to head the wages list at West Ham despite Dimi Payet’s much hyped £125k a week deal.

And that will remain the case even should Carlos Bacca arrive with the same sort of deal as the fabulous French midfielder who we understand is on a basic of £67k.

Bacca wants to match Payet’s deal if he’s to agree to the move but in basic wage terms that would leave both of them £18k a week behind Carroll’s £85k a week.

ClaretandHugh understands that Bacca and the Hammers are edging towards a deal which will see the Colombian join the club at around £25 million.

And the deal he will be offered on personal terms is likely to be similar to that offered to Payet with clauses on goals, appearances – which are likely to be in the region of £30k – and Premier League finishing positions.

However, the board are determined to ensure that in terms of basic wages the £85k they offered Carroll won’t be surpassed in the forseeable future.

If Payet is not on £125 K per week straight wages we will be lucky to keep him,
He will get offered a lot more before the transfer window closes,
But he will stay I think,
AC owes the club at least 2 years injury free plus 20 goals a season, the Hippo will play him for England,
Be great to watch our National side play 1940 football, big barrel chest CH with the good looks of Keown
No messing Fall backs never going over the half way line,
Great ball control in midfield like Nolan,
What a dream but lucky Sunderland fans getting off lightly only 1 year of boredom,

I really think Carroll will come good for us this season, Slaven seems to understand the injury woes Carroll has suffered and did right by him last season. Hoping he’ll stay fit and strong and I see no reason why he shouldn’t score plenty, especially considering the quality that now surrounds him. I’d love to see him banging them in for fun.

I might be wrong but I think Carroll is out of contract at the end of this season ? Will be interesting to see what happens with renewing his contract and salary… It would also seem strange to leak Dimi’s salary or lack of considering how in demand he may be when the Euro’s have finished.

Carol owes this club big time ! But how do you control a bull ? Matadore Bilic has the answer I’m sure ! Keep him fit and he’s a 20 goal striker !
