FA Cup draw LIVE on TV

|

FA Cup.jpg-pwrt3The FA Cup quarter-finals (sixth round proper) draw will be held at 6.15pm on Sunday 21 February.

Taking place at Stamford Bridge, following Chelsea’s fifth round tie with Manchester City, the draw will be screened live on BBC Two with the programme starting at 6pm. Ties in the sixth round will take place across the weekend of 11-14 March 2016 meaning our home game against Watford will be re-scheduled as we both made it to the quarter-finals.

Sixth Round Proper draw numbers

1 Chelsea
2 Reading
3 Watford
4 Shrewsbury Town or Manchester United
5 West Ham United
6 Crystal Palace
7 Arsenal or Hull City
8 Everton

Spurs were dumped out of the cup by Palace today while Chelsea demolished Man City 5-1. The last time we beat Blackburn Rover in the FA Cup was 2006 when we went all the way to the final only to be denied by a last-gasp Steven Gerrard equaliser then to be cruelly dumped by penalties. In the 2006 quarter-finals we beat Manchester City 2-1 with both Hammers goals coming from Dean Ashton.

Very happy with that draw. Assuming Man Utd get through I would fancy us v them.

I wanted to avoid Arsenal, Chelsea and Everton and we did. Under LVG, Man Utd are not a team to be feared at all, plus they will be missing Rooney.

One win away from Wembley. COYI!!!!!!!!

On a side note, yet another Home draw for Arsenal. How many is that now over the last 6 or 7 years. Feels like they are at home every time. Many claim the draw is rigged and to be honest, I am starting to believe it is as well.

Would be more fitting send off under the lights on a Wednesday against MU

Almost certain now that it will be cancelled

Is it possible that if either West Ham or MU get to the semis that their game could be pushed to after Swansea?
