Former Hammer: Great time to meet Man Utd

|

GaleFormer Hammers central defender turned pundit Tony Gale disagrees with manager Sam Allardyce that this is not a good time to meet Manchester United.

Allardyce has made it clear that he wants to hear no such talk as the Irons squad head for Old Trafford.

But Gale clearly isn’t listening declaring: “It’s a terrific time to meet them but what we musn’t do is sit back and defend because we have two excellent guys up front.

“Enner Valencia and Diafra Sakho  are not 6ft 4 in strikers – they have real pace and can cause big problems.

“Luis van Gaal has some real troubles and West Ham can go up there with a real chance.”

Wasting your breathe Reggie ,Allardyce is a coward of the worst sort. He’s only interested in his bank balance not kudos as a manager.any defeat tomorrow and he should go.

    Couldn’t agree more,
IMO there will never be a better time to play Man U! However it won’t matter what team they put out though as they will always be Man U and it is old Trafford. So we should not get carried away.
However, even without Kauyate we can still put out a strong team set up for attack. We have the players to play a classic counter attacking game with our strikers well able to cause them all sorts of problems.
Although we shouldn’t underestimate the firepower the manc’s pocess we should however go to Manchester with nothing but confidence! COYI!
