“My transfer to West Ham came at the right time. It is like a blessing. I did not want to leave Al Ain but I think God ordained the move, it happened so fast and coming to the English Premiership is something I have always wanted,” Emenike told the Nation newspaper in Nigeria.
“This move is not about money but it is difficult to explain to people who think every move is down to money. I have learned from my past, I am a striker and I want to prove that I can still score goals,” he added.
“I will get well and better in the team, the atmosphere is great, and I am hoping to start on a high note. I am hoping my teammates and the coach will help me to fit in perfectly because I am ready to adapt quickly and keep the confidence alive”

He gets into good positions, if he can put the ball in the net hopefully that will boost his confidence and we can have another viable goal threat from the bench.
Jeez, give him a chance fellas, so far he’s played a total of 49 mins in the PL – what did you seriously expect?!
Using the example of the new Payet deal let’s take ‘Eminen’ at his word and negotiate his pay package downward – it’s not about the money were his own words!
I reckon he had his boots on the wrong feet against Norwich, sort that out and we’ve got a player – maybe!
I didn’t know the Almighty was a football agent !
I think god does not want him to score-lol
