David Gold has admitted this will not be an easy transfer market.
The club’s co chairman gives little away as far as potential targets are concerned but has sent a warning that there is a difficult window ahead.
The Hammers of course are known to be looking hard at Salomon Rondon, Aleksander Mitrovic and Andre Gomes but by and large possible arrivals are being kept very much under wraps this window.
Goalkeeper Roberto looks a decent signing but Gold has made it clear that was the easiest of those Mario Husillos is trying to negotiate.
In a realistic assessment of the task ahead Gold took to Twitter to give his opinion on how things were looking for the club at this stage of things.
Boss Manuel Pellegrini has made it clear that he likes to get his business done as quickly as possible = as was the case last season – but it may not be as straightforward this time around.
Gold tweeted in response to a follower:“Iām hoping our transfer window goes to plan the easy one is done, (Roberto) the rest will be more difficult but I remain optimistic. dg”
You got that right David..no it won’t be easy as you have only allowed 30 mil out of your combined 1.6 billion šš to be spent ..
Taking notice of a millionaire gold who brought us cheap deals like grant his mate as a coach and wanted Moyes to stay in shows he has no ambition and only interested in cheap deals . Sully the billionaire is the only one that we should take notice of who got in pelle and hopefully will back him all the way always to get this club moving on with the huge supporters we have as fan base COYI
