Hammers announce Ipswich squad

|

West Ham have announced their squad for tonight’s pre-season friendly against Ipswich.

The Hammers take on the League One club in their second pre-season warm-up game after beating Servette last week.

The Irons are playing two games on Tuesday evening, with one coming against Boreham Wood and the other against the Portman Road outfit.

The squad has been split in two, as a result, and the following players will travel to ply Ipswich:

Lukasz Fabianski, Flynn Downes, Krisztian Hegyi, George Earthy, Michail Antonio, Pablo Fornals, Harrison Ashby, Michael Forbes, Conor Coventry, Armstrong Okoflex, Dan Chesters, Archie Woods, Aaron Cresswell, Kurt Zouma, Kaelan Casey, Aji Alese.

Much like the squad against Boreham Wood, this selection includes a number of youth players as well as a handful of first-teamers.

There is also the potential of Downes making his debut after joining from Swansea City last week; he came through the academy at Ipswich and made his first-team debut for the club.
