Hammers eye Fornals La Liga teammate

|

West Ham United is reportedly eyeing Juan Miranda, the Real Betis left-back with a Barcelona background, who is currently attracting attention from several Premier League clubs, according to HITC. Miranda, set to become a free agent this summer, delivered a standout performance recently, drawing interest from not only West Ham but also Brentford, Crystal Palace, and Wolves.

Under the management of former West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini, Betis has recently faltered, falling out of the race for European spots. Despite playing in Betis’s recent 3-2 loss in La Liga, where he was substituted alongside ex-Irons player Pablo Fornals, Miranda has shown enough promise to catch the eyes of West Ham scouts. They consider him a potential long-term replacement for Aaron Cresswell, though it’s unclear if he would immediately be first choice over Emerson.

Hopefully former Hammer Fornals has put in a good word with Miranda

Miranda’s appeal extends beyond England; major European clubs like AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, and Real Sociedad are also showing interest.

The 24-year-old, who developed at Barcelona’s renowned La Masia academy and has spent seven seasons with Barcelona along with a spell in Germany.

  • Well if he’s got good ears and a brain in his head and he listens to Fornals he won’t be coming to us while the low block ” if you don’t run you don’t play ” dithering Dave Moyes is still in charge
