Hammers learn required fee for Slavia’s Sima

|

Slavia Prague have learned the value of their players following the cut price departures of Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal.

And as a result any move for red hot striker striker Abdallah Sima won’t come on the same sort of fee.

The teenager  scored a sensational goal against Leicester City last night which saw the midlanders out of the Europa Cup.

Thus far this season he has managed 15 goals for his club in 22 outings and would seemingly be ideal as the striker David Moyes is looking for this summer.

The Slavia squad were facetiming Tomas Soucek after last night’s game and he and Vlad Coufal would be seen as our trump cards in coming to any agreement with the Czech club and player.

Claretandhugh  understand that Slavia are currently looking for around €40 million for the player who comes put of contract in 2023.

Other Premier League clubs – Arsenal among them – are monitoring him but the Irons are in a strong position given their relationship with Slavia Prague and will no doubt be advised  by Tomas on the ins and out of the club’s likely long term bargaining  position.
