West Ham have been linked with a potential swoop to sign Dele Alli from Spurs in the January transfer window.
The attacking midfielder has fallen way down the pecking order at Tottenham and has only played twice under new boss Antonio Conte.
It should be said here that Spurs and the Hammers don’t often do business with each other, and any report linking Alli with the Hammers has to be taken with a huge pinch of salt.
Eurosport, though, reports that the club are monitoring Alli’s situation ahead of a potential January bid.
The 25-year-old may represent an alternative to Jesse Lingard, who remains on David Moyes’ shortlist amid his struggles for game time at Manchester United.
It remains to be seen if Alli would be willing to move across London but he would likely get plenty of minutes under Moyes.
Newcastle are also reportedly interested in a potential deal, and that may well make more sense.
It is Xmas not April 1st . He has the loser gene that spuds players develop and is no where good enough for our team .
