Hammers pundits – ten a penny and not worth a cent

                  The silence of the pundits

Pundits –  ten a penny and not worth a cent when it comes to discussing anything halfway controversial about a manager as they are usually in the same union or too close to the individuals concerned.

I often wonder where most of them sit in the London Stadium given they gave such firm opinions about David Moyes and West Ham United right now.

Hammers pundits – ten a penny and not worth a cent

As Gonzo reported the other day  Stephen Warnock has accused Hammers fans of collective amnesia by claiming we have forgotten all about the Conference League win.

Warnock let rip at Hammers fans on Sky Sports News and he is far from alone as a gaggle of ex-players rally round to defend David Moyes with the Irons fans firmly in their crosshairs.

Stuart Pearce is the latest claiming on Teamtalk that as someone who has been on the inside he knows what a truly wonderful job the bloke is doing.

One flaw in that argument as Blackadder told Baldrick: “It’s b…..ks.” On this occasion that is so because Pearce – for all his virtues – decided to quit the Irons some time back and no explanation was ever given as to why.

I’m not suggesting it was a Moyes thing, just that it’s all a bit ancient now given the scenario as it stands . Claret and Hugh has included pundits on occasions but only if and when they have something reasonable to say.

I don’t get that upset  about them anymore cos in their heads they know everything while nothing but the usual “isn’t he wonderful comes out of their mouths.”

On this occasion – and apologies for the abbreviated word –  but I do with they would STFU!

The” Moyes in” brigade are only seeing the paper thin veneer that winning a trophey has covered up the gaping cracks in his miss management . No plan B ,no tactical awareness , no motivational skills and a terrible lack of ability in managing good players and making them great . He has failed dismally to integrate any of the highly successful academy players and his big money goal scorers have all come and gone for large loses. His substitutions are boardering on stupidity and his willingness to decimate a weak squad in January beyond credibi8lity . GO NOW MOYES .ENOUGH IS ENOUGH> COYI
