Hopes rise that Irons midfield ace may return

|

Hopes are rising tonight that  Robert Snodgrass will play a part in the Hammers team before the end of the season.

The 32 year old had been thought likely to miss the rest of the season but ClaretandHugh has learned that he is over a difficult back problem and there are hopes he could rejoin the match day squad before the end of the season.

It’s good news for David Moyes as the player is now training again after missing several weeks.

But CandH was told this evening there’s a decent chance that the high energy Scoot may well see some action adding: “He’d be a terrific option to have coming off the bench with  important games in front of us.”

In the meantime, manager David Moyes, looks likely to name the same line up for the match against Norwich thus giving Anriy Yarmolenko  a second chance to operate in a role in which Felipe Anderson and Manu Lanzini have failed through lack of form

Can’t see how he could get in at the moment tbh. Who would you drop? Unless he is a secret full-back!!
