Irons stay on road and need to end travel sickness

|

West Ham will be facing their third away match on the trot if the game against Spurs gets the go ahead next Wednesday.

And as far as the Premier League is concerned it means that with the game against Norwich being postponed tomorrow it means we have faced both Burnley and Arsenal away – with just one point gained –  it means that should the schedule remain normal after the weekend we will have played just one game at home in five by New Years Day.

Our travel sickness needs to come to an end!

Southampton at home on Boxing Day is followed by Watford and Palace away and three pointers look vital if we are to keep out top four hopes alive.

Hammers News point out at https://www.hammers.news/news/possible-dates-for-west-ham-vs-norwich-game-to-be-played-are-outlined-in-report/ possible dates for the game against the Canaries could be played.

And in a fixture list that is becoming more and more crowded it’s another imponderable as we head into the second half of the campaign.

It will certainly get tougher in the second half of the season although the easing of the Europa League games should help.
