No Hammers interest in selling this striker

|

slaven-bilic-diafra-sakho-west-ham_3343834Diafra Sakho is not on the Slaven Bilic ‘for sale’ list despite stories this morningĀ (Sun) that Sunderland are interested in signing the Senegal front man.

The manager has made absolutely no decision that ‘Sak’ is surplus to requirements although it’s well known the club are ready to listen to offers for Enner Valencia.

The latest Sakho story arose when one ‘paper claimed Sam Allardyce was keen to take the striker to the Stadium of Light next season.

But Bilic has no plans to sell him despite a well publicized alleged bust-up prior to the match against Arsenal towards the end of the season.

Allardyce – anyway – was the man who wanted to change a permanent West Ham deal into a loan spell when Sakho’s advisors were first negotiating with the Hammers.

And that almost led his former club Metz into reporting the Hammers after they claimed a deal had been organised with us.

Sakho and Carroll are seen as the front line strikers and it would take a big offer to tempt the Hammers to sell either of them.

You are having a laugh on Carroll I hope. Please hold on to Enner too and if we are to sell anyone let it be Carroll.
