Sports journalist Bianca Westwood catches up with West Ham Captain Mark Noble in an interview as part of a series for Integral Sports Management

Nobes been synonymous with the club since the Canning Town-born midfielder made his debut for the Club as a 17-year-old in 2004. With retirement on the horizon, he talks to Bianca about how much the club means to him as he prepares for life after playing football.

Noble reveals why he gives up so much time to youngsters at the West Ham Academy to give them guidance but also how helps them prepare for rejection as not everyone can play in the Premier League.

Nobes says just wants his son Lenny who is at the West Ham Academy to enjoy his football rather than pile pressure on his lad while Bee joked maybe Mark could be the West Ham manager with his son Lenny the Hammers club captain.
