Paqueta hooked

|

Lucas Paqueta was subbed off at half-time as Brazil beat Tunisia 5-1 in an international friendly earlier this week.

The Hammers star started the game on the left wing but only lasted 45 minutes.

Brazil were 4-1 up at that point, thanks to a Raphinha brace, and goals from Richarlison and Neymar.

Paqueta was substituted at half-time, being replaced by Real Madrid ace Vinicius Junior.

Pedro added a fifth goal before the end of the game, as Brazil tuned up for the World Cup with a comfortable victory.

The Samba stars are set to play Serbia, Switzerland, and Cameroon in Group G at the Qatar tournament, with their first game taking place on November 24th.

Paqueta will hope to be involved in the squad, having won 34 caps for his country, and he has previously been involved in squads for Copa America tournaments, although he has never gone to a World Cup as a player.
