Rice: Hammers aim to get £120m from Arsenal

|

West Ham will be pushing for every last penny from Arsenal should Declan Rice continue on his “Arsenal only ” destination course.

The Hammers look as though they may be denied the opportunity of looking at any bids from elsewhere such is the emphasis being placed daily on the Rice for Arsenal media campaign.

But should Rice refuse to discuss any other club, David Sullivan will be looking to pile on  extras options beyond a £100 million transfer fee.

They will want hefty payments should Rice help the Gunners to a Champions League Final and a top four finish and even will ramp up a sell on fee.

Although it may be unlikely that Rice may move on from the Emirates, the Hammers will attempt to get a 25 per cent minimum clause included in the deal.

And with everything totted up the irons will hope that they can take the fee close to the £120 million they have him valued at.
