Meanwhile, fellow West Ham player Vladimir Coufal was not included in the matchday squad for the Norway game. However, given his recent impressive performances for the Hammers and the busy fixture schedule ahead in April, his absence could provide him with a well-deserved rest, much to the satisfaction of manager David Moyes.
