West Ham’s fabulous second half performance against Burnley this afternoon is tonight being celebrated by David Sullivan as a victory for the “West Ham Way.”
The Irons looked a class apart again as they turned on the style against the newly promoted outfit who more than bossed the first half but Sullivan was thriulled with the way the Irons responded.
In his only comment on the match he told ClaretandHugh exclusively: “It really is great to see us playing the West Ham Way.”
And he added: “We passed the ball, attacked and scored goals. It really was a very pleasing performance after the first 30 minutes.”
With both Enner Valencia and Diafra Sakho scoring and warhorse Carlton Cole grabbing the third and having another cleared off the line, the Hammers are now a serious force with Manchester City the visitors next weekend.
Mr David Sullivan I credit with much of our success this season, I believe he took over recruitment in the summer a lot more and we have two strong strikers like we have never seen before!
