Irons transfer target has joined Bayer Leverkusen

|

HernDaily Mail Deputy Sports Editor and West Ham fan Matty Lawless claims Hammers transfer target Javier Hernandez has joined Bayer Leverkusen on a three-year deal and said his goodbyes to United team-mates after the Swansea defeat today.

Earlier this evening ClaretandHugh revealed that figures of around £65k a week were on the table for Hernandez to join the Hammers previously and were looking agreeable but that in the latest round of talks over the weekend  our source reported “the numbers have gone crazy”.

We were reliably informed that the player wanted a £130k a week plus goal bonuses of between £50k to £80k.

Good.I am sick of reading about this prima donna and Van Gaal.

  • Radai Lama says:

Yeah like he was ever going to come to us in the first place, lol, just one of the big names we get told about who we were never going to get.Watch out Jelavic will be on his way soon.Ffs,it doesnt bare thinking about 😉

  • johnham1 says:

Great news, absolutely delighted – would never put him in the team ahead of Sakho. Crazy money for an average player.

  • Radai Lama says:

Lol,i wouldnt say he was an average player.Someone playing in League Two is an average player. My captain in my sunday team is an average player.Actually,no he is sh*t just dont tell him i said so 😀

  • Michael Miller says:

Good news – he’s well overrated – van Gaal can’t think much of him to allow him to leave and only have Rooney up top!

  • Simple The Best says:

Lmao, some of you talk so much ****.Average player,Overrated.Fuxk me just coz a guy cant get into Man.Utd or Real Madrids team doesnt make them a bad player. After some of the rubbish we have had in our team over the years you should be well aware by now what average players are.

    • ExPat_Hammer says:

Agreed. He’s quality. Not a “bargain” by any stretch. Would have love to see him at the end of a Payet through ball.

give Palace £6 million for Gayle hes got pace scores goals & hes young. Jelavic days are gone hes getting on plus no sell on money why are G & S so tight but like flashing there assets at any opopportunity come on splash the cash chairman

    • Dunlopilo says:

And Jelavic refused to come to us when he could, preferring Everton and then an ambitious Hull (see Diame). Payback time my friend.

    • IronsEssex says:

Agree all day long mate, I’ve been saying Dwight Gayle for a couple of weeks now. I’m sure even Murray is for sale at placate ok he’s not quality but he scores goals more then what Jelavic will contribute anyway (I’m not a palace fan so it might not be Murray, apologies if I’m wrong)

  • slaven a laugh says:

The commentator during the Swansea Man U game on sky ports earlier today said the same thing about him going to Bayer Leverkusen.

  • slaven a laugh says:

The price obviously went up because if there’s more than one club wants him then it’s basically an auction and he’s worth whatever someone is willing to pay for him.

  • bubs says:

News not that bad if Moses joins on loan,
Jelavic as back up to Sakho,Carroll, and Valencia,
If we can talk the young lad from Denmark to join we may bein good nick,
Song to come in January after Barca pay him until then ?

  • GW says:

Whoever Slav wants should be good enough for us all, I’d prefer young and hungry over old and mercenary but whoever comes will get my support one they put on the shirt,

  • boys of 66 says:

Yeah well Jelavic aint put our shirt on yet so i will get my dismay about him possibly coming to us out of the way now then.THE GUY IS ABSOLUTE SH!T!!!.Thats better 😉

    • GW says:

It’s all a smokescreen mate, Mystic Bradders ain’t logged on yet or bought the Monday papers to give us his updates and Canchez has lost his telepathic link to Slavs mind so all just gossip…

      • Stingray Stewart says:

Lol,Mystic Bradders was on Wetties the other day telling them about all the offers that had gone in.But one of the only links that maybe has legs, the Danish lad he never even mentioned, lol, what a legend Mystic Bradders is 😀

        • GW says:

He is a legend in his own mind, the Rain Man of football rumours and stating the obvious with his top sources being News Now, Sky Sports and the Sunday Sport no doubt he’ll be telling us next that the titanic is still on the moon, they’ve found Messi’s twin brother playing on Hackney Marshes and there’s been a cauliflower that chews gum impersonating a football manager for 30 years… Sorry Bradders you got the last one right apologies…

  • IronsEssex says:

At least we can put this one to bed now, He’s not coming we can stop wasting our time at last, I think we should give Lee a run till January, then assess the situation again. A winger and another holding midfielder and I think we’re good

  • COYI247 says:

I just don’t think that Hernandez is that good. I reckon he is going to continue to spend a lot of time on the bench. I am pretty pleased he isn’t coming WHU, because then we would have been paying expensively for someone average….

  • Stingray Stewart says:

Haha,it is true what someone said above. It is funny how people rate Hernandez as average. No,Jelavic is average,Hernandez aint never just average 😉
