Daily Mail Deputy Sports Editor and West Ham fan Matty Lawless claims Hammers transfer target Javier Hernandez has joined Bayer Leverkusen on a three-year deal and said his goodbyes to United team-mates after the Swansea defeat today.
Earlier this evening ClaretandHugh revealed that figures of around £65k a week were on the table for Hernandez to join the Hammers previously and were looking agreeable but that in the latest round of talks over the weekend our source reported “the numbers have gone crazy”.
We were reliably informed that the player wanted a £130k a week plus goal bonuses of between £50k to £80k.
