West Ham have never had an enquiry for Rice

|

West Ham have made it known to Claret and Hugh that they have not received a single bid or enquiry for Declan Rice during his time at the club.

Stories of Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and interest from elsewhere have been circulating for months.

But a key West Ham source has made it clear that they have received no definite interest from anywhere as the media talk continues.

Claret and Hugh has contacted its top source on four occasions over the last year and the same comment has been forthcoming: “We have never had a single enquiry and certainly no bids during his time here.”

He admitted though this will change this summer as clubs line up to make their moves for the West Ham captain.

He said: “He was always going to stay this last season but he will be on his way this year. We are expecting interest from three or four clubs.”

West Ham have a £130 million price on Rice’s head.
