Ben Yedder has once again been linked with a move to West Ham this summer. The 25-year-old bagged 22 goals in 38 games last season for Toulouse. Toulouse have been trying to tie Yedder down to a new contract, with his current deal set to expire in June 2017.

RR HighWest Ham have scouted the Frenchman since last year and with the Sullivans in the south of France at the moment the rumour mill is going into over-drive suggesting a deal could be done. Given that he has just one year left on his contract, it is reported he could be snapped up for as little as £10m.

Seville were said to be front runners but they have recently cooled their interest. Lyon, Spurs and Leicester City are all said to be tracking the striker.

Yedder was strongly linked with a move to West Ham last August  and again in the January transfer window earlier this year with those stories re-emerging in the Italian press in May this year.

If both Sakho and Valencia will leave we will definitly need another striker (assuming Bacca is agreed). Spending 10M for that second striker looks like a decent investment as we’re looking for more than 20m for the duo linked away.

Iv been saying to a few friends of mine weeks ago we should go in for him whos a decent relialble striker. He lnows where the net is he also plays alongside braothwait who i believe we are scouting . yedder scored a lot of goals from a very poor team and given the right service could bad us alot pf goals

I hope we sign him. He is at a good age and know how to finish. It’s a no brainier if we plan to sell Valencia and Sakho too. Would much rather have a happy Yedder than a sad Sakho

Looks a very confidant player and knows where the goal is .
    10 mill looks a snip to .

Reminds me a little bit of Tony Cottee low centre of gravity pretty nippy with good awareness.

Skill, age, price: This guy is the mustard! Despite him playing in lower leagues, he is clearly quick thinking and skillful, and would hopefully not be an ego maniac upsetting the boat….
