Report: Blues striker considers future as Irons watch on

|

Back in 2017 when former Hammer Leroy Rosenior was blogging for ClaretandHugh he made a suggestion about a young striker whom he believed would be perfect for the Hammers.

At the time the striker was playing for Bristol City on loan and bagged 23 goals in 41 goals before going on to start what was seemingly going to become a successful career for Chelsea.

Now he appears to be the number one target for the Irons with the Mirror reporting he is now actively  considering his future at the club after he was left out of the squad for Chelsea’s 1-0 FA Cup semi-final win over Manchester City.

His contract runs out in 2023 which means a hefty transfer fee as the market allows will presumably be required by the cash hally Chelsea outfit seemingly on their way into the Europa Super League.

That could, however, see clubs willing to play less should the top six find themselves exiled from the PL with the remainder of the Premier League maybe requiring to pay less as a result of reduced competition within the League itself.
